M3903 Enhanced *supported with Release 24

The M3903 is the ideal choice for office professionals and technical specialists. It supports up to four lines and/or features through the two self-labeling keys at the top of the display. It provides access to additional features through the interactive soft keys below the display. The M3903 delivers the new productivity-enhancing Call Log feature, which displays a list of the last 10 incoming callers as well as the last five outgoing calls made from your phone. For added customization, you can choose to list all incoming calls or just the unanswered calls, and you can instantly redial any call on the lists with a simple keystroke. Fixed feature keys also allow you to switch easily from handset or handsfree to headset use, personalize the phone using the Options list, and quickly access your voice messaging system.

M3905 Call Center

The M3905 Call Center phone is designed to satisfy the specialized needs and enhance the productivity of the most demanding call center agents and supervisors. The M3905 includes a direct-connect headset for agents, as well as a supervisor port. This headset port works in conjunction with the Supervisor Observe button that allows them to listen in on an active call, or listen and talk. The M3905 increases your customer service capabilities and productivity through efficient, professional call processing.

The M3900 series supports a variety of snap-in accessory cartridges providing the flexibility to add new features and capabilities easily and cost effectively.

Analog Terminal Adapter

The Analog Terminal Adapter (ATA) enhances desktop users' productivity by providing simultaneous use of their M3900 series phone and analog device. Enterprise customers can benefit from the ATA, which provides a convenient economical direct analog connection between the M3900 series phone (M3902, M3903, M3904, M3905) and analog devices such as a laptop or PC modem, fax machine, 500/2500 telephone or variety of off-the-shelf audio- and visual-alerting devices.

This cartridge style accessory provides an integrated solution that reduces costs and time by eliminating the need to run separate analog lines to the desktop and use of separate line card ports within the Meridian 1 system.

Supporting simultaneous modem connection rates up to 33.6 kbps* the analog device can be located up to 300 ft. from the digital telephone equipped with an ATA (the digital telephone can be located up to 3,500 ft. from the Meridian 1).

Maximum modem rate is subject to the quality of the end-to-end channel and cannot be guaranteed.

External Alerter and Recording Interface

This dual-purpose device provides a convenient interface for recording telephone calls at the desktop and for connecting an external alerting device. External devices – for example, loud bells or flashing lights – are ideal for signaling incoming calls in noisy environments such as manufacturing or warehouse areas.

Personal Directory PC Utility

The Personal Directory PC Utility makes it easy to create and maintain your Personal Directory by entering names and numbers on your personal computer and downloading them to your M3904 or M3905* phone. This accessory also provides a convenient way to transfer directory contents from one phone to another.
